Our dedicated Customer Service Team is structured to receive calls direct from customers and to diagnose technical issues. Our expert operatives will be deployed to site within two hours for emergency calls.
We ensure that we establish and maintain regular communication with all residents, leaseholders as well as with our customers and we are proud of our premium rating of A1* on the NHBC register.
