Battersea Park

Durkan and the London Borough of Wandsworth finished work on the Decent Homes project at Battersea Park Estate in August 2017. Details of the works included and how to report defects are included below.

Summary of improvement works

  • Kitchen and / or bathroom replacement

  • Electrical works to kitchen and / or bathrooms

  • Electrical rewire to whole property (if identified)

  • Boiler replacement if identified

Defect reporting procedure after completion
After completion of your property, any defects related to our works should be reported to Durkan's Customer Service Team on 020 8619 9699 or by email to customer.service@durkan.co.uk, We will then contact you to make arrangements to carry out any necessary making good works.

12 months after works have been completed
After the 12 months liability period, and following the satisfactory completion of any defects that may have arisen, LB of Wandsworth will be responsible for repairs to your home; you should contact them through your normal repairs reporting procedure.
