Lisgar Terrace (Phase 3), W14

Durkan and Southern Housing Group completed Phase 3 works on blocks B (Sabra Court) and C (Perseus Court) in June 2017.

An overview of the works and how to report defects are included below for information. 

Summary of Improvement Works

  • The existing homes at Lisgar Terrace were stripped internally and refurbished so that the layouts of the new homes comply with modern space standards for affordable housing.

  • A further extension between blocks provided additional residential space to create larger family homes for local residents.

  • A new rooftop extension provided additional bedroom space for the upper-floors units.

We hope you are happy with your new home. If you do have an issue that needs to be resolved please take the steps outlined below. 

Defect reporting procedure after completion
After completion of your property, any defects relating to our works should be reported to the Aftercare Service by calling your regional Southern Housing Group (SHG) contact and choosing option 1 for 'Repairs' and then option 1 again for 'Aftercare'. The service is open between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Alternatively email aftercare@shgroup.org.uk

SHG will notify Durkan of the defect and we will then contact you to make arrangements to carry out any necessary additional work that may be required.

12 months after works have been completed
After the 12 Months Defects Period we will contact you to arrange an 'end of defects liability period' inspection of your home. If you need to report a repair after the first 12 months then you should call your regional number or refer to your Residents' Handbook.
